Thank you for visiting the online headquarters of the Coalition for Safe and Effective Schools (CSES). We are pleased to have this occasion to let you know about the goals and objectives of the CSES. Our primary goal is to bring together community, governmental, business, and educational organizations in an attempt to reduce violence, create an environment that promotes understanding and civic responsibility without sacrificing vital principles of democracy.

We are focusing on three major strategies to achieve this goal. First, we sponsor and present national and international conferences on topics related to the development of safe and effective schools. Second, we will serve as a consulting resource for school districts, schools, and other educational systems. Third, and perhaps most importantly, we will operate to create a forum, or an opportunity, where the vast assortment of similar social agencies and organizations can interact to become more effective in implementing their own goals.
